We want to bring Beer Knight to your space! Pub, gaming hall, or your weird basement, we are interested!**

This game was designed as a “pub game” so we relish any opportunity to showcase it in its proper setting. We can handle a range of table sizes and players, and are excited to work with you to create a fun evening for your customers.

We generally host from 4-6 players (2-3 tables), but can scale up all the way to running a dozen games (24 players).

Right now we are offering this in the Portland Metro and Vancouver WA area, but we’re working on a roadshow - if you’re out of our area but interested, please reach out!

What We Provide

Game Stuff: 1-12 copies of the game (cards, dice, scorecards)
Hosts: 1-3 hosts to help people learn and play the game.
Other Stuff: We can provide battery powered lamps for the tables to help facilitate play and dice trays to keep the dice rolling in the game and not on the floor.
Press Kit: We have a Digital Press Kit with artwork, logos and social media ready posts.

The game is easy to learn and competitive in a fun, light-hearted way. Most rounds end with laughter and another round of drinks. Current game rules found here.

What We Ask of You

Space: a group of tables next to each other and time to set up before the event.
Promotion: posts in your Social channels and emails at least 2 weeks before the event using our Press Kit.
Giveaways: swag to give away at the end of the night.
Selling: ability to sell copies of our game at the event directly to the players.

Optional Asks – these aren’t required, but definitely help drive traffic

Drink Specials: whatever works best – free drink tickets, Beer Knight “Special” brews, event pricing.
Giveaways: always nice to leave the pub with a six-pack of local beer, or a sweet T-Shirt.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for with a small number of exclusive pubs who:

Have a space for gaming
Want to build or expand a Community Night
Like the idea of light competition paired with good beer
Are interested in either One-Off nights, or a repeated monthly event

Tournament Play

Want to co-host a Beer Knight night tournament? We’re in. We have a competitive version of the rules that can be adapted to number of sessions and players.

Sponsorship and Outside Sales

Do you want to get your pub involved more directly? We have different levels of sponsorship available, from becoming a named sponsor on our website and social media, all the way to becoming a Beer God in the game itself! Just ask.
